PDF/A is an ISO-standardised version of PDF designed for long-term document archiving. Indian High Courts (Delhi, Mumbai, Allahabad, etc.) mandate PDF/A-1b format for e-filing because it ensures documents remain readable and accessible for decades, regardless of software changes. Unlike regular PDFs, PDF/A embeds all fonts, images, and metadata, preventing corruption or display issues over time. Our service automatically converts your documents to PDF/A-1b at 300 DPI, meeting all court requirements.
Our AI-powered OCR achieves 95%+ accuracy on printed text in multiple languages including Hindi, English, and regional Indian languages. It works best with clear, typed documents like court orders, contracts, and legal notices. Whilst our OCR can detect handwritten text, the accuracy may be lower (60-80%) depending on handwriting clarity. For best results, we recommend using scanned or photographed printed documents. Handwritten signatures and annotations are preserved visually in the PDF even if not perfectly converted to text.
We charge a flat rate of ₹1.5 per page with no hidden fees, no subscription requirements, and no minimum order. One 'page' equals one image you upload. For example, if you upload 50 scanned pages, the total cost is ₹75 (50 × ₹1.5). You only pay for what you use, and your first 10 pages are completely free to try the service. There are no setup fees, processing fees, or additional charges. Payment is processed securely after you upload and process your documents.
Your processed documents are securely stored in our cloud servers for 30 days from the date of processing. This gives you ample time to download and use them. After 30 days, all documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. You can also manually delete any document at any time from your 'My Documents' dashboard. Once deleted (manually or automatically), documents cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading important files immediately after processing.
We take data security very seriously. All uploads and downloads are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Your documents are stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access. We never share your documents with third parties, and we don't use your data for AI training or any other purposes. Only you can access your documents through your secure account. We comply with Indian data protection laws and respect client-attorney privilege. Our team cannot view your documents without explicit permission for technical support purposes.
We accept all common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone photos), and WebP. You can upload up to 150 files at once, with each file limited to 4MB in size. For best OCR results, use images with good lighting and clear text. You can upload scanned documents or take photos directly using your phone camera. If your images are larger than 4MB, most photo apps have built-in compression tools to reduce file size without significant quality loss.
